Arizona I supervised the construction of over 100 semi-custom homes. I was
responsible for safety and safety training, customer service, quality
control, sub-contractor coordination, due diligence for land acquisition, civil
and architectural support, dust control, utilities, zoning/codes, water and
environmental issues. I Managed 20 people. September 1989 to January
1998 Staff Engineer – Pulp & Paper Rust Engineering and
Construction Co. Birmingham, Alabama I was a Staff Engineer, assigned to pulp and paper mill engineering
projects, executing environmental and paper recycling (deinking) projects of
substantial scope and complexity. I performed Scope and estimates,
feasibility studies, Phase 1 Environmental studies and site assessments (ESA),
hazardous waste assessments / RCRA documentation, groundwater and soil
sampling, air quality permitting. I prepared flow diagrams, selected
equipment and wrote specifications. I was on-site construction safety
coordinator for projects in the field. EPC Projects totaled nearly one
Billion dollars. I assisted in the design, engineering and start-up of four
deinking (paper recycling) facilities in North America. August 1988 to September 1989

Supervisor Yorktowne Paper Co.—Gardiner, Maine I supervised the paper
machine crew, also 150-ton per day paper recycling process. I was responsible
for safety and safety training, quality control, paper production, environmental
activities and systems, inventory and applications of all process chemicals, MSDS,
First Aid, CPR, shipping and maintenance. I Managed 35 people. June 1987 to

Vice President Southern Water Equipment Co.—Jacksonville,
Florida Manufacturer’s representative for commercial and industrial water
treatment equipment including: softeners, filters, deionizers,
demineralizers and reverse osmosis systems. I coordinated equipment
installation and sales efforts to pulp and paper mills in Florida, Georgia,
